This is perhaps a little busy, and i think its only casused by the amount of typography styling in the bottom section of the homepage. I like the orange band running through the page to guide the user into the portfolio.

Everyday the fridge is updated with the best new sites and web design resources that emerge from the industry, and sometimes (when i get a spare minute) I sit at my desk and write an article.
